This addon adds new features for mcheli mod. With this addon vehicles are not "small factories" for ammo, but they have to be filled with dedicated one. Mcheli Ammo Update is still in development and of course not all content packs can be connected to the ammo system. All of the weapons were also rebalanced in terms of damage, explosion etc. At this moment the pack contains 108 files of new bombs/bullets/shells/torpedos for 729 weapons. Every item has caliber/weight/model on its icon and can be placed on the ground (as a bomb, box of ammo, torpedo etc). Items of ammo cannot be stacked, but they contain less ammo in one ammo item when the caliber/weight is bigger.This addon contains already made models / textures, but also new ones. You can use it on mcheli servers, for Your packs etc, when redistribute just mention the creators - me and @ATOM_14A. Special credits to Atom for helping a lot !

Few more weapons pluged into ammo systems, but also a new feature: range of weapons and accuaracy depending on caliber, but also lenght of barrel. Till know it doesn't affect rockets, its bullets. Combined acceleration and fuse time make bullet range from 143m to 210m depending on caliber. Unfortunetly due to many problems with mcheli limitations range of bullets works on simple rule" Bullet doesn't damage after it reaches its limited range or if has explosion above 0 it just explodes. It can also give vibe when 3.7cm Flak or 40mm Bofors bullets explode right under your B-17 :)
This update is made for more realistic gameplay, that can be ruined when your F-15 can be easily shot by 40mm bofors, beacuse it has exactly same range as rocket AA systems, that will also see different LockRange in future updates.
Its still less than 20% of improving whole mcheli balance project, hope its gonna be ready this year. I'm about to finish ammo and range update and also balance whole game. Also all factors I change should be uploaded at once to make this system work. Even options in config of mcheli will be crucial to make all aspects work together like they should to achieve as most realistic / improved gameplay effect as possible.
You also need Entity Render Distance Extender mod to work it well with changed range of weapons. In cofing folder of this mod change it to:
-"Extended Render Distance Multiplier"=1.46"
To do:
- guided weapons (AT, AA etc)
- unguided rockets after WW2
- connecting more ammo weapon files from other content packs
- small fixes
How to install ?
To install this pack get into mods-->mcheli-->assets-->mcheli, extract 4 folders from addon and allow replacement of files. Have fun
