when you eat melon slices you get four melon seeds back.
pls comment on whether you want melon slices that stack but a stack is eaten in one go, give you 4 hearts back and only 4 seeds or non-stackable melon slices that are the same but are eaten individually

Welll it is a bit more realistic, when you eat mellon you do get all those annoying seeds, but emanresu11 is right there are way too many for in the game, you should think about changing it to a 0-2 chance of getting seeds, (2 being hardest and less likey to get).

TOO many seeds you should have a 1/4 or Less chance concidering from ONE seed you can grow infinite melons AND melons drop 4+ slices opon destruction. Large reductions to the rates of geting seeds would be logical.

ok then u tell me how to do that.if u can tell me the exact code i have to put in ill add it

I only know how to do that in Ti-Basic the chance is 1/6

a:=randint(1,6)
if a=6 then
(drop 1 seed)
else
(no seeds)
endif

or you could change the 4 where it drops seeds to a 1 for 1 seed

Quick question... How is this a fix when Notch has no intentions of making melons this way?

Yes! this is exactly what I was going to say! Melons aren't supposed to drop seed ya dumb! (jk, this is a good mod for people who want to have more melons.)

when was the last time you ate watermelon and didn't find any seeds at all?

Well, never, but what I'm trying to say is that notch didn't intend to have melons give you melon seeds after you eat it, so it isn't a fix, it's more of a mod...wait, bah you know what I mean! (Wow spamin' commas!)
