No Directional Damage Tilt

Removes the directional damage tilt from the client. Essentially this mod brings MC-26678 back into the game.
This mod can be useful if you prefer the old damage tilt from MC 1.19.3 and below.
This is compatible with the "Damage Tilt" accesibility setting so you can adjust the strength of the tilt.

This mod is for Fabric, a forge port is not planned

I don't use a lot of mods, but I think that I know a lot are built off of Fabric, Forge, and the 3rd new one. Does this have compatibilities or incompatibilities like that? =]

For all I knew, this could have been such a standalone thing that it would break with all other mods (which would have been horrible design)
