Yo, so I've been getting back into the swing of modding, and thought I would upload this fix as a sort of warm up.
No forge or modloader or any other "convientent" addons required.
Simply navigate to your 1.8.8 jar in your .minecraft, drag the class into the jar using 7zip or winrar, then delete the meta-inf.
It's that simple.
