OreCrops is the skyblock companion for gaining ores, currently in it's first release stages, I expect to fully finish, and release it on 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, and 1.10 in the next 2 weeks.

What is a snapshot you may ask.
If you have ever played a version of minecraft that came before a major version such as 1.10, you will notice it's titled snapshot. The current state of the mod is in heavy development. While it currently only adds Ore Essence Seeds and the basic ore seeds it can take a while to achieve especially if you integrate it with skyblock.

This looks like a pretty cool mod, useful too. Can't wait for it to update to 1.10!

Things like recipe changes to mods have to be done with mods like MineTweaker or other similar mods.

If the modpack needs recipes to be changed, go on ahead and change it, trust me i see mod recipes being changed in almost half the modpacks i play. So if your pack requires some recipes changes, it wont hurt anything in the pack.

OreCrops is actually out of Beta Technically but it's still a bit buggy, I'd love to see it in your pack!
Would it be ok if I did a mod review of this for my YouTube?

Put review under the review section, thanks for the review, sorry you couldn't get the newest version of the extension to work, I'll look into the problem, if you received a crash when trying to launch the extension, send me the crash log.
I would like to see various mods support (or the Forge Ore Dictionary) support as other mods add in so many more ores, I know it would be annoying as hell to add all those ores in, but it's just a suggestion.

I am already looking into it, as I am aware that mods such as, but not limited to add copper, silver, Invar, ect, and other mods that add other ingots.

Some mods can so similar things; they search the oredict for special entries (either by name or by compairing all entries and see if there's oreX and ingotX, adding X to the register)

I understand, I am working on an extension for the mod so it won't have to be played directly with the mod but the extension will require this mod. The extension will add all major ores and ingots from the ore dictionary.
