This mod adds Poison Tools a comment on one of my posts to make custom weapons (COMMENT BY HrixTheGod),
to make the tools you need to smelt a spider eye in a furnace to get poison then drink the poison, after that you will get
acid lastly you craft tools out of the acid.

Features:
Drinking poison gives you nausea and hunger.
Having acid in your inventory makes your health bar green.

history
The poison sword fits perfectly into Minecraft and is very versatile. Having to drink poison is a little annoying with the nausea effect, but otherwise works well. Also, it doesn't seem to give you the item in creative when you consume it.
