You need forge!
INSTALLATION: Its way easier now, just extract the zip file and put the .jar file in your .minecraft/mods folder.

!!!
Wait 5 seconds for the adfly page to give you a "skip" button
!!!

This mod allows you to smelt crafted items back into the iron or gold resources used.*
These are all the items and blocks you can smelt.
*except for tools and armor, they only give back a fraction of the used materials
Also! Horse armor is now able to be smelted down into iron or gold ingots. edit: and diamond!
And I got rid of the Iron nugget because they added one to the game, but now there are diamond shards!


Not Shown;
Tripwire Hook -> 4 iron nuggets
Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate -> 4 iron ingots
Light Weighted Pressure Plate -> 4 gold ingots
Iron Trapdoor -> 4 iron ingots
Iron Horse Armor -> 6 iron ingots
Gold Horse Armor -> 6 iron ingots
Shield ->1 iron ingot
Hopper -> 5 iron ingots

Maybe for Diamonds you could create an Item called "Diamond Fragment", each diamond item would give you one fragment and three combine together to create a Diamond.


(Or even a "Fractured Diamond" and when you made enough to make an Item, say any tools and they would be called "Fractured Diamond Pickaxe"/"Fractured Diamond Sword" and they can only be used for Tools and Armor| Also they would only be restored at half durability)

Would Be cool.

I'm back baby! Sorry iv'e been gone so long, but what matters is that I'm back now. This mod now works for the current version of Minecraft, and thats 1.10.2 at the moment. I hope it works for all of you, it works fine for me. If you have any problems ill try to help!
