Hello World!

This mod adds four new ores, new blocks, and the ability to make stained glass! Build a wizard's tower, spice up your throne room, or make a beautiful cathedral. The choices are yours!

This mod requires ModLoader and ModLoaderMP. I can't say for certain what mods it will or will not work with. My recommendation is to use MCPatcher to easily load it in, unless you're familiar with installing mods. Let me know if you run into any problems. I plan to expand this in the future, so any comments you may have will help me a lot!

This is my first ever mod! Let me know what you want me to do in the future! Thanks, and happy Mining!

Not yet. That's the next step I want to take, but I'm not sure what the tool abilities should be. If you have suggestions, fire away. I just don't see how a Ruby Shovel or or Emerald Pickaxe would be useful, so it isn't a priority at the moment.

If you have any ideas on how such tools could be useful, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Sapphire is a slightly deeper shade of blue, and the Sapphire ore texture is actually a recolored Redstone, so it looks different. I'm working on a better way to differentiate between Lapis and Sapphire, but until then, you can use a texture pack, since my ores won't change textures along with the standard ones.

Once you know the difference between Lapis and Sapphire, they're easy to tell apart.

I like it. I have a suggestion. Can you make a glass block that has multiple colors on it?

it crashed. and yes, i deleted meta-inf. there was also no mods folder. i am running 1.8

Thanks for catching that! I updated it, so download it again and you'll find the "mods" folder. Let me know if it doesn't work.
