Snorkel Mod:
This mod adds a new craft-able snorkel so you can breathe under water when your head is in a block of water with air above it.
When standing in water you can be submerged in 2 layers of water but while swimming you must be in the top layer to get air.
Also, your air will not go up to max instantly and will now increase as it would out of water without a snorkel on.

I've made it where you can only breathe when your head is in a block of water that has air above it. Now you can breathe in top 2 layers of water, or in top layer when swimming.

Yes, your idea with it only works few blocks from the surface will be nice, and also have a scuba kit. Looking forward to see how it turns out :)

Change it to diving, snorkels don't actually let you breath underwater xD Just slightly below the surface.

Hey! I updated it so it only works under the first 3 layers of water, but only if there is air above.

I know that, haha! I will probably make an updated version sometime with an actual scuba helmet and other items. If I can figure out how to generate random structures I want to add shipwrecks and such to make underwater exploration more rewarding. Thanks for the feedback!

That seems way too easy to get. You should make it more expensive for something that lets you breathe underwater. Other than that, good mod!

I know what you are saying, and I will probably make the snorkel only let you breathe under the first one or two layers of water. Thank you for the feedback!
