Los Angeles, 1995:
As the title says, this white quartz box used to be a garage or hangar for all types of transportation. But when the owner decided it was too low-tech, he abandoned the place, not wanting to pay the rent. Along comes WWGemar, who immediately loved the size of the garage. He built new windows, a second floor and turned it into a home. But when WWGemar suddenly got a job offer abroad, he decided to sell his beloved home to a villager, who turned the garage into a hotel suite, added quite a few other rooms separate from the garage, and named it "Villager Hotel".

Over past few years, the "Villager Hotel" had become the most famous hotel in Los Angeles, with celebrities flying in from all over the world. One day, when Donald Trump was staying at the hotel, he decided it would be a good idea to place some TNT in his garage (Suite 21), eliminating every...single...block, without touching the iron skeleton (whatcha gonna do about that?!). So in 2015, during the week of August the 23rd, WWGemar came back to rebuild his now sold and destroyed home. He managed to rebuild it within a week, showing the world what a simple Steve can do. He was later elected president and got accepted into every single build team on PMC (lol).

Description:
Based in Los Angeles, this hotel "penthouse" has been rebuilt to look like an old garage with two floors. The stone flooring is that of a typical garage, while the lack of separate rooms with walls gives the viewer a size impression.
