This is my first project upload to Planet Minecraft!

Diary

20/06/2013: I have started off with a simple world edit (terraform) to make this nice looking light house on top
a stacked piece of land

21/06/2013: I have built a light mans house, i have also smoothed down the archway giving it a more natural effect.
I also added tress and grass to the archway and by the house, also adding a pond next to the house.

That's a nicely curved arch. You seem to have more talent for terraforming than for actual building.
Just one suggestion: make something big! it needs to be able to hold at leasty 75 people without crowding.

Yes iam, atm im doing just like the village on the outskirts, were probably no one would go to. Then i will be building a palace, with one main room, were you spawn, then you can lead out off the palace in different directions, which will have player shops surrounding the palace, also a maze to one of the sides.

Then I have one final tip: don't publish your build until it is far enough along that people can see what it will become like. this is usually at about 50%. then this build would not have been disqualified. you will probably need to resubmit your build into the contest to be included again.

If you use WorldEdit then you might want to use the /smooth brush and other things to help fix the edges so you can not see the spheres. As for the build itself, it is really small. It would make a killer lighthouse or something, but as for a spawn, I am not sure.

it only looks good cause of shaders. This is made very amaturely. you can obviously see this was made with worldedit because of the spheres. try 2 actually put time and effort into this.
