Hey guys! Its Ninaman here again with a modern house this time :D This is a modern concept house called " S " due to its shape. It is a 1 bed 1 bath house with a kitchen, desk area, living area, and TV area with fireplace. It also features a covered grill, sitting area, and pool beneath the house. It is a pretty simple and small concept and is actually pretty realistic too.
