The former Caja de Ahorros Municipal de Pamplona (CAMP) building, located next to the Baluarte Congress Centre, is a striking example of 1970s concrete architecture in the city. Completed between 1975 and 1979, it combines a glazed podium at street level with a suspended office block supported by a vertical concrete tower, giving it a distinctive brutalist profile. Today, it houses the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos Vasco-Navarro (COAVN) and remains a notable landmark in Pamplona’s modern urban landscape.
