Hello again! I’m back to announce the first map that will be posted on Patreon! You can access it by clicking on the map’s download icon. Hope you like it!

This residential building has 5 floors, with 4 apartments on each floor, totaling 20 units in the entire building. There are 3 different floor plans in the building:

  • Studio Version: This is the smallest unit in the building, consisting of only 2 rooms—an integrated bathroom and a combined living room/bedroom/kitchen. It also has a separate entrance directly from the street.
  • Kitnet Version: There are 5 apartments with this configuration. Each unit has 3 rooms: a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen integrated with the living room. The Kitnet has two standout units—the garden version (which features a large green balcony above the building’s entrance hall) and the penthouse version (located on the top floor with higher ceilings).
  • Standard Version: There are 15 apartments with this layout. These are conventional apartments, each having 2 bedrooms (both en-suite) and 3 bathrooms. Additionally, they feature an open-concept living room integrated with the kitchen and two balconies—a medium-sized one in the living room and a smaller one in the secondary bedroom.
This map was created using the CubedPack 7.2 texture pack in conjunction with Sildur’s Vibrant Shaders v1.51 Extreme.
