This is a 1 bit ALU intended to be stacked, to achieve any bith width. It has 4 operations, which are: AND, OR, SHIFT, ADD
Operation is selected by the F0 and F1 inputs.
To stack the ALU just connect each carry out to the carry in input of the next alu. And also connect al the F0 and F1 inputs to all of the ALU-s being stacked.
