1. The mushroom head as it were should be rounded. if you do not know how to do that please follow this excelent mincraft circle chart. http://images.wikia.com/mconstuct/images/e/e9/Basic_circular_tower_layouts.png
2. Its missing the eyes of a 1 up shroom. its a very simple fix. simply take a couple of those black blocks from the middle and move them to 2 parts under the rim of the top. it'll look much better.
