Hi PMC community :)

I just got a bit obsessed with making modern house in 10x10 plot. Hence another one to share with you.
10x10 really is a nice size to have a quick build in scale of steve.
This one is a bit less functional for a survival house. In fact, it is not a survival house at all. However it has a nice pool and spacious upstairs for a cozy room.

The house looks pretty much identical to how it seems in my screenshot even with default texturepack. So don't worry too much about it. However if you're interested in it, it is called soartex fanver. I will provide the link to the creator's website in additional credit.
