As amazing as all these look, it was made in literally 10 minutes with the use of a single brush per map.

So? The fact they took the time to compile 100 of them together and submit  is worth a diamond from me.
That's still 10 minutes x 100!

Being Program-Generated.  The user did little worked compared to that of the program.  Of course, a map made in World Painter is program generated, but the user takes time on the map.  This is made by just a simple design, holding down the mouse for a second or two then exporting.  Thus, being program generated.
