This is pretty much as far as I want to take this it's just about 2 hours works.

To obtain the 1.8 pre release update go here, simply drag the minecraft.jar file into your bin folder!

Base One:
This structure is surrounded by a 4 block high wall with iron fence to keep out most mobs.
The area is almost completely lit at night to stop mobs spawning within the confines.
Enderman are rarely brave enough to venture within the confine however if they do the emergency shelter in the swamps is where you should head!

Emergency Shelter:
The emergency shelter is aprox. 2km away through an underground minecart network.
It is 100% impervious surrounded by iron fence and reinforced and a full roof it is perfect to build and hide in.
It also has a lovely white wool carpet so please wipe your feet?!
