A basic Spawn meant mostly for skyblock but possible to be used for other types of servers.

The dimentions of this spawn are 65 X 74 X 22

The rules board is left blank so that the owner of the server may create his/her own rules. The shop is also empty so that the owner may stock and arrange as needed or to preferance. Same goes for the open rooms next to the mob farms, they can be used of rank walls, shops, and various other things.
 
In the Picture covering the entire spawn you may notice a tree missing on the left side, this has been fixed so you can rest assured that your O.C.D will not act up as it did with me.
