This will need a LOT more work to work properly. Advice: download map and see yourself.
My experience: not used to download from google documents. Map had a name New world and needed to change name to something different because everyone have maps named like that. Opened map. Seen it was in creative mode near 'dead horse with mounted skeleton spawner' and command block near it, used command "/time set 1000" to see better. Didn't knew what to do, gone to town. Daylight sensors aren't hidden at all, one of doors nad even 2 sensors. Even I don't know why you had to put iron doors and use daylight sensors, you could optimize them if you really want to have them. Put sensor somewhere and with repeaters and redstone make underground connections to doors. All command blocks aren't hidden at all, saw a few signs there to there. Found starting one that says go to tower, found 2 ender chests on top of it. All items in ender chest are locked to players, so I saw nothing in them. Found a few signs and after some work, they at least told me to get to pink tower or something, gone there, after i found a ever with command block near it that says you failed.
I'm making my first adventure map too, so I know how you feel. Well, if you do yourself, you can hardly make something big and good. I recommend asking for beta testers around. It will help a lot. Best wishes!
