Hey! West again with another small project I have been working on lightly for the last 2 months. 212 Fulton was originally a 5 story small office building lacking lust and a modern edge of an ever growing city. So I took this building into my own hands and updated it to give it an Art Deco/Modern vibe with more floors. In order to make the simplistic exterior of the lobby I made some huge changes to the corner of the building which gives it an open but solid vibe!
