Windows 7 instrutctions:
1. Download the file above ^^
2. Click on the Start or Windows button (it should be in the bottom left)
3. Type %appdata%
3. Go to .minecraft then saves
4. OPEN The zip folder and take the file inside that and drag it into Saves
Windows 8 is very similar, just instead of pressing the Windows button press the windows key, or slide your mouse to the bottom (or top) right corner and move it up (or down) Then type from there.
