This is a simple 5 Bit Binary Counter, which can be used in a CPU Project as a Program Counter for example.
It can Count up, you can Disable or Enable the Output of the Counter.
There's also a load unction where you can load a 5 Bit Number into the Counter, to be able todo Jump functions in a program.
This Design is stackable, so it can be expanded if needed.
