This is a 8-Bit Random Number Generator, that I have compacted to more than a 1:4 Ratio! Its original size took 10530 blocks and once compacted took 2464 blocks in space. It is currently part of the FRC (Frodawolf Redstone Computer).
Note: The Command Blocks Are Not Necessary.

By the Way The Impulse Command Blocks Are Used To Replace the Composers with a fill replace command and the repeating but items into the chest for the random number generator to use
