Hey!
I made these Plots on the "Ravand" server and decided I might as well share them with the world.
IP: cr.ravand.org
Get the Ravand Launcher and use MC 1.7.10 to see the textures: ravand.org/launcher
Why a Crow Funeral? Crows gathering in large masses is an event that has puzzled humans for a long time - most view this gesture as a warning of death - as if Crows were wardens of misfortune. Actually, the theorized science it not far off. It is said that when a Crow of a massive social group dies, all of the crows in it's group will gather together on a nearby tree and sit silently for an eerily long amount of time, the dead crow found not far away. Then, suddenly, they will all spontaneously take off without a sound and get back to whatever crows do. Crows have funerals.
Creepy. So I built it!

These Plots were practice because I'm thinking of making an entire map soon that is themed in Old America Midwest (where I live). I'm interested in making an atmospheric, high definition map taking place somewhere in the 18th century in America, Midwest (or upper East Coast) complete with Teepees and Colonial Farms. I want it to show the struggling emotion of the time, along with rich colors and decay of Autumn.
These Plots I made were experimental practices to get a feel for the look I want. If you're interested in the map I'm working on, expect the map to look something like these samples! :D
I've included a folder with the Schematics inside just to be nice incase any of you wanted to check em out in-game.
You can expect to find a Crow Funeral in my new map!
By the way! - I have a new server coming out soon taking place in a fantasy tropical map that will include heavy naval warfare and Role-play! If you're interested, visit it's website at:
www.northernentripia.enjin.com
It will be opening real soon! This is just a bead in a whole necklace of servers we've made, and thus, it's a continuation of our lore and story! See ye there m8ty!
