I got my inspiration for this map when i recently beat a copy of fire emblem that i found in my closet. so if you've ever played that particular one you may recognize a huge part of the map is based on a key component of the game and maybe some yugioh references thrown in....anyways.... story time!!!!
In the first age the island nation of Agronach was one united city-state. It was ruled by the theocracy of the divine Pontifex. The city flourished during its years of peace, but that ended when black ships from the east sailed up to her shores... the people of Agronach were not prepared for any kind of war, the invaders just covered the city in destruction with ease. These beasts wiped out all of the southern city, the only thing left was the palace where the Pontifex resided. As the invaders approached the palace with full intent on razing it to the ground, the Pontifex locked him and his court sages in the temple chamber and prayed to there diety asking for a saviour. It was in that moment that there gods blessed them with 4 sacred blocks. These blocks held the power to do incredible things, even stop and destroy an entire army of viscous marauders. With the blocks in their possession the Pontifex and his sages appeared before the enemy and used the power of the blocks, a blinding light descended from the heavens and when the light was gone so were the invaders. From that day the Pontifex ordered that the 4 sacred blocks be locked away in separate parts of the city. But as time went on and the 2nd age was starting, the city began to split apart resulting in the Country of Agronach being home to 4 different cities. The Capital- Mystura, The laid back fishing port village- Port Valiora, The forgotten western city of Tønsberg, and the Southern Jewel of the country- Ostia which is where you are from young adventurer. You are a young man who until a few years back was an orphan in the care of Ostia's majestrate. Now that you are a grown man, you have finally been allowed to inherrit your parents land and estate, but before you can officially call it yours you must perform one last task for the majestrate.
This map is part of a 3 part series.
The first map part will contain
- 1 main quest
- a few side quests
- 3 or 4 dungeons with bosses that you can access.
- new 1.4 features
- 4 towns , all of which you can do some side quests, all have a role in the main quest
- a suspenseful story that when you finish the first part, you will want to play the 2nd part.
