I made the spaceship spawn for this server, and made my creative plot right next to it.

You spawn on the Ship inside of the Command deck. Theres an AI Core, Science Bay, Weapons Bay and Storage. I also built up a plot next to the main spawn and got a bit carried away with my favorite sprites!

Thanks so much. I was going for an alien planet biome, and hand plans to build it up all the way around the ship.
