There are two toggle switch models included in the world. One is faster but not tileable and one is slightly slower but tileable. The tileable design can be tiled tightly. The advanced toggle switches are meant to be more decrative than functional because anybody can put a lever on a redstone lamp and call it an "advanced toggle switch".
