Alchemy in vanilla Minecraft!
Create a transmutation circle, gather your resources, and get alchemizing! In order to gain something of a certain value, something of equal value must be produced. This is the first law of alchemy: Equivalant Exchange.
Just throw your resources into the middle of your activated circle to add to your store of alchemy points! Then cycle through the resource selection to find your desired product and then look down and jump to alchemize it. Remember, bad things happen to those who try to alchemize more than what they have given.
-- Point Values --
Coal - 1
Iron - 8
Gold - 16
Diamond - 64
Emerald - 16
Redstone Block - 2
Lapis Block - 18
TNT - 10
2 Carrots - 1
2 Potatos - 1
64 Seeds - 4
Blaze Rod - 8 (5 for return cost)
Quartz Block - 2
Please leave a diamond if you like this as it took me hours upon hours to make it!

the interface is a chat-based click menu, each item on the menu would serve two purposes: firstly it would reduce the scoreboard by the value chosen, and secondly it would give you that thing.
additional idea: if the score goes negative, it will give you blindness, slowness, mining fatigue, weakness and so on until you've returned it to 0 or higher. and if you don't mind an extra two commands, you can make it worse every 20 below 0, finishing with level III debuffs at -60 and lower.
to make things easier (and not make several full one-commands), i'd leave it at the minerals. maybe include cobble as 0.01 also maybe make iron 16, redstone dust 2 instead of redstone block 2, lapis dust 2 instead of lapis block 18.
so in summary, if you were to accept all of my ideas, i reckon it would fit into two one-commands made with McEdit.
