An Epic Server HUB

This is a server HUB designed for the upcoming changes at The Kingdoms United.
It is a floating island with 4 BIG portals being held by stone statues. Players spawn in the middle structure and can easily see the portals' destinations with the big floating signs.
The four current areas accesible are Survival,Creative,Prison server and Games HUB.

If you are going to be using the download file do not claim ownership over it even if modified. If used on a server or anothe project please credit me =D

I don't even care that people might join our server and say that "ooh, you go this off the internet". I don't care at all. This spawn is PERFECT for our server and feels as if it was designed just for us. I know it WASN'T of course but that's how much I love it. Thank you so much; your work is amazing! We'll be sure to give you props on the server for it :)
I will be using this for my own server. Just letting you know instead of using it without permission.

What is the plugin that you use to connect the servers? Or is it a Multiverse kind of hub where it just takes you to different worlds?
