It looks kind of like Arnold Schwarzenegger, it has over 5 layers of anatomy and comes with a disfunctional brain. What could it be? Its a realistic model of a Human Head! Includes the Brain, Muscle Groups, Sinus, Eyes, etc. Most of the parts of the skull someone who isn't a doctor could probably point out. It took around an hour to make and I am very proud of it because anatomy intrigues me and all the different parts of the head working in unison is very interesting.
