This is a recent project of mine. I always thought that ruins were cool, and took a while to experiment with them myself!

Some lessons/tips I learned:
  • do not start out with a full box of stone bricks, just make an outline of the place in worledit first
  • distribute mossy stone bricks everywhere in clumps
  • make holes in the side of the wall
  • do not have much of a roof at all
  • if you are going to use light sources, put the torches out of sight
  • water fountains are cool
