I am sharing this process assuming you have bought the game.

1. [Windows 8/8.1: Go to the start sreen and type %AppData% and press enter] [Windows 7 and below: Press the start button and search %AppData% and click the result] [Any other: Open Minecraft Launcher, click 'Edit Profile' and click 'Open Game Dir']

2. Open 'saves' folder
3. [Windows: Right click your minecraft world folder, select 'Send to' and click 'Compressed Zip Folder'] [Other: Download a compression software to zip your world save]
4. Upload your world to a free file hosting site, like MediaFire, Google Drive or Dropbox
5. Click 'Update Project' on your submission
6. Paste the download link into the world download box
7. Click save
8. Be happy and dance
