A machine which allows for toggle-able lightning. Each day, a timer synchronizes with the daytime clock and at night the lightning effect and sound are played. Requires three dummy-type scoreboard objectives entitled: "DayTimer", "LightningOn", and "Lightning". Also you must change the name km00700 in all command blocks to your own, a generic @a, or that of the server owner (if on a server). Enjoy!
