Artillery Wars

Hey miners,

This download is similar to my battle tanks, this is a little game that you can play with a friend.
It contains eight Panzerhaubitze 2000 artillery tanks. Four on each side facing each other.

The goal is to explode the enemys artillery before they/he destroys you!

The Tanks here are able to fire, they can be reloaded from within unlike my battle tanks download and inside the hull there is TNT planted, so a direct hit may explod the tank with a single shot!
But no need to worry, there is three blocks of armor plating at the front preventing the enemy to blow you up to0 easly!

You can play this now unlike the battle tanks where one would have needed at least four players to play it, now with only two! But of coure you can play this up to as many plays as you please, each with different roles such as being the commander, gunner, reloader, driver, engeneer and so on!

If you want some rules to make this game mod interesting here are my rules that you may want to follow:

First, you can play this turn based or real time, either way its your choise, the game is set in creative mod, but if you want to make it difficulter, use mcedit and change it to survivial mode wehre one more rule will come into effect.

Rule one: You may ONLY repair the cannon so that it functions, this includes repairing the switches and the redstone stuff.

Rule two: If you destroy the enemy tank, by blowing it up you win.

Rule three (Optional using survival mode): If the tank commander dies he or his team loses.
If his commrades die, there is only the penelty of travel, which may give the opponent an advantage.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Before playing this, explore the map, figure out how the cannon works and so on.

About the cannon: There is a small chance that the enemy may give you a direct hit on your cannon and cause the TNT's to explode, but the chance is small, and unlike in my battle tanks download this cannon is made of mostly obsidion, but make sure you observe it well, the glass piece etc is important to repair!

Reloading the cannon: If you checked out the reloading system, the upper one needs only one TNT placed, this is the TNT that will be fired as your shell. The lower bit needs exactly 8 TNT blocks, AND NO MORE! Otherwise it will blow yourself up. However rather then placing say 8 TNT blocks you can if you want place 7 or 6 instead to decrease the range of fire, if you set only one or 5 there is a good chance you'll blow yourself up. Also note that you can change the redstone delayers timers to further controll the detonation time and distance.
