FIRST AND THE MOST IMPORTANT: YOU HAVE TO CHANGE 'VNplayer1122' to 'YOUR NAME' IN THE COMMAND BLOCKS
SECOND, you have to get a book, and change it name to "Cloak" (without the qoutes) and then select it on your hotbar, and if it disappear, you are good to go
After the book disappear, you will get speed boost and invisibility for 7 secs, then you have to wait for it to cooldown ->repeat
SIMPLE, ISN'T IT?
You can change or add more effect in the middle of repeaters (JUST MAKE SURE TO CROUCH+SELECT_BLOCK (SHIFT+MOUSE3) WHILE SELECTING COMMAND BLOCKS SO IT WON'T BE RUINED) *I'm not so good at English hehe*
