Here is the solution, the Auto-CraftingTable!
With him, you can easily craft all at one time, royally with inventory-shortcuts!

:D Jup, I created a working Auto-CraftingTable. Unluckily there isn't the possibility to make a Auto-CraftingTable in vanilla like a Autocraftingtable in buildcraft, so the "processor" is a player, but the transportation of the itens, the sorting of the items and so on is completely automated!

Redstone

The Redstone behind it is simple, just 5 circuit-elements:
- orange = memory latch on/off
- yellow = dispenser clock (2 ticks - comparator clock)
- brown = piston-door
- pink (white) = item-elevator
- green = item sorter

Design

The hole thing should look like a giant workbench. You can add wood stairs on both sides, it will look well ;)
It use the space of 5*12*6+1 (without the redstoneless front) (+1 means that there is one block hanging out (to place redstone-dust), but you just need to dig a 5*12*6 hole, if you want to build it underground).
There are ways to compress it for sure, but there would'n be the epic looking piston door (door closes and opens from the top and the bottom)

Use in Survival-Mode

Build:
You can build it where ever you want, I recommend to decorate it as a giant crafting-table.

Use:
It will be much easier to craft loads of the same items and to refuel farms, which use these items.
Example: Bone to bonemeal (see world-download) -> nano-farm
Suger-cane to paper -> villager-traiding
Tipp: Use inventory shortcuts ->http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vma8T8Q4BW0(not my video)
! A bunch of this shortcuts doesn't work for MacOS, hopefully they will be fixed in 1.7 :/
There is another possibility to do that: Just brake a chest and craft all to your wished item, but this is just efficient with iron-blocks or things they will use less space, and in my opinion, it'll never look as smart as the Auto-CraftingTable ;D
