Ths is a Basic TNT Run i maked very fast you can find better xD but try it and i recommend to use this on a server with NoExplosion or a plugin that do tnt doesnt damage

I tried this before. It doesnt work. The moment u walk on the plates it falls underyou, so theres no point unless
you sprint+jump.  SO YEA. xD Hope this helps!
