Hello hello, it's a new submission that's two weeks late, I'm aware. Anyway, I wanted to make something architectural and as by a request from Aequotis for builders on Cubed Creative to make some stuff that would inspire other builders, I created a traditional coffee shop/apartment building in downtown Baltimore. Now, this building obviously does not exist in real life, it's made from looking at a lot of Art Deco inspiration and the 1940's architecture at the time. Hopefully you enjoy it as I had a lot of fun making the building itself as well as the environment around it.
