It has 14 floors of offices(including main lobby) and tower one has a Restaurant on top with seating for 38 and a fully stocked kitchen, tower 2 has a Helipad for you. It actually has some stuff in it(i hate it when buildings dont have crap inside of them dont you) such as cubicles and offices.Its a must have for cities!!!!

Hey guys i think i will turn this into a series of a sort
This is the first then the second will come out when im lvl 6 or this has 250 veiws
(Bank of Western Federal=BWF)

250 BWF veiws total: A bank like the ones you see in a town
500 BWF veiws total: Office Complex
750 BWF veiws total: BWF Presidents Private Helicopter
1,000 BWF veiws total: Private Jet
1250 BWF veiws total: East Coast Main office
1500 BWF veiws, West Coast Main office(im a Westcoast man)
1750 Veiws total: Bank of Western Federal Headquaters US
This series can continue if i get 2,000 veiws between all of tghe submissions
