Map Creation Background
This minecraft adventure map consists of a non-realistic factual history. The creators of the map were playing Complex I & II when all of the sudden they had a spark of inspiration to create the map. Zachery, or zacherymg1999, is a redstone expertise and did majority of all of the redstone creation. There is a ton of it. Steven, or PrivateSmash, created the story and worked on the logistics of the game. Chris, or o0gunman, were the testers for the map and gave feedback on what he thinked to better improve the map.
Map Layout
When creating this world, the idea was to do something no one else has ever done. You spawn into a block structure, like everything else pretty much, and then you are immediately presented with your first puzzle. Then you enter Room 1: “The Beginning”. There are a total of 4 areas. Each one consists of a different environment. The first one is the prequel to the story using futuristic style classrooms. It is all or majority underground. The second area consists of what we call “The Open World Concept”. There are very few Minecraft adventure maps that actually allow open world and make it so things you do in the open world affect you later in the game. The third area is all underwater. You and your partner will have to work together to stay alive or you will die. We incorporate the underwater dungeons from the 1.8 update as a tactical infrastructure. The last and final area will be some of the hardest combinations with parkour, minecraft skills, and mob killing. You will invade the temple to find and discover the last objective. This last objective will incorporate everything you have done and learned from the beginning.
Map Schedule
As it was told above, this is going to be a completely different map. Instead of creating a new map every time with a new plot, we will be releasing expansions to the map and continuing on with the story.
