Additional Notes

I don't know if coordinates get transferred over or not but if for some reason you don't go anywhere when you enter the TARDIS then you will have to enter them in for yourself. Just put random coordinates into the command block, but make sure the Y coordinate is at least 65 or you will most likely end up suffocating. There is a chance that you will still suffocate, so you should leave ALL your stuff in a chest the first time you go through. If you do suffocate then just change the coordinates until you get one that works. NOTE: to enter commands into the command block you need to be in creative mode. If you are in single player you can do this by pausing the game with Esc then choosing Start LAN then allow cheats then start. You then tap / to open the command box, once here type /gamemode 1.
The schematic named "TardisInside.schematic" should be placed underground to complete the effect, but the on named TardisOutside.schematic can be placed anywhere, preferably somewhere it can be used as a central HUB.
