Le rapport au sol et au ciel sont pensés pour en faire des lieux agréables et intégrer le bâtiment dans son contexte urbain proche.

La façade des bureaux est courbe et joue sur ses variations pour donner une diversité d'espaces aux bureaux.

This skyscraper is both a housing and office building. This two function are melt together in one great entity.
The housing units benefit of a great diversity and variability, going from "studio" to huge duplex.

The building is harmoniously integrated to the nearby context, thanks to the various affordance given by the first floor and roof.

Finaly, offices facade is made of curves. This shape help to create multiple spaces and areas in the offices.
