staff quarters, with own water closet
there are 6 bear statues, two guarding the main gate, one in the courtyard, two in the great room, and one the library.
stables are located just beside the front door,

3rd floor rooms need to be furnished, and lighting in the great hall needs to be finalized. but other then that i believe its done.
