Uploaded the schematic so you can load onto servers or your own maps. please note its not finished a lot of changes are going to be made, Ive taken a second looks at this build and i think it needs a lot of improvements doing to it.

However, there's a problem if you're saying it's Belgarath's tower from the Belgariad. Belgarath's tower was supposed to look like "an ossified tree stump.".
Maybe I missed something.
