Hello PMC! This is a project I am calling Bellezza. It is one of my many modern builds on PMC, most of which are in my city download. Feel free to check them all out if you wish to do so!
The texture pack I used for this build is called JammerCraft. I am not the maker, so all credit goes to the maker of the texture pack.

PLEASE NOTE
This download contains both my Bellezza project and my Elegante project. I do give consent to use my work publicly also. Just give me credit!


RECOMMENDED MODS
I recommend using the "No Ice Melt" mod for this home, so the ice will not melt and make the home look terrible!

Nice build, and that no ice melting mod will be very useful. I use ice in some of my builds as well.
