Ok so it depends on how you define "better clocks" ;-p but i hope you like them anyway!!

If your using Spigot....
If you're having trouble with certain commands not working in spigot
using command blocks then likely you need to edit the commands.yml file.
It's located in the server root folder. http://wiki.bukkit.org/Commands.yml
Add this to the file and it should fix any issues you might have had:
command-block-overrides:
- give
- clear
- tp
- summon
- setblock
- fill
- effect
- spawnpoint
- kill
- scoreboard
