This device converts a four part binary input, such as 1001 into a number on a 7-segment display (These are used for digits in calculators). I got a design off the internet for a real-life converter and made it in minecraft. It works well, but with a delay between inputting and displaying of about 5 seconds. It took me about 5 days (About 1-2 hours per day) to complete this. I will be uploading a link to a download of the world soon. Hope you enjoy!
