I started building MystPeak on a whim and after I finished lot 23 I realized that I didn't want to "finish" off all the houses and buildings I was putting into it. So instead of doing that I put "For Sale" signs out front of the houses and claimed them to being sold by Blackfox Realty. Then I got to thinking "Hey maybe this isn't such a bad idea for servers with bank systems like the WDZ server as a way of making some money."

With that thought in mind I wanted to make an official Realty office to house this so called Blackfox Realty and I wanted it to be something that aspired toward superior design's and building methods. Taking inspiration from TrynePlague1.0's La Petit Monde I started constructing the builting starting with nothing but a square piece of wool. I should stress that I didn't really measure the building to make sure it was square and it probably isn't I just covered a flat area with wool then started on the walls. I built a cube of sorts first then just going by eye I added in where I wanted windows and where I didn't. Again like all my MystPeak buildings this was completely free-form and by hand. Choosing red as the accent color I proceeded to color the blocks accordingly.

Once the walls and ceiling were complete I went in and started finishing off the interior, including a hand designed rug, fish tank and floating stairs. I used the Lantern design I have been using though out the town as the interior lighting.

This took a lot of work and I am immensely proud of it. All that is left is landscaping but I will get to that when I do the rest of the town.
